This is the Zhongyi Creator 135mm f/2.8 (short) telephoto lens. It can be used as normal photography lens and as tube lens for microscope objectives.
 
Though its 135mm focal length is short of required tube lens focal length for most microscope objectives, there is an advantage to use higher magnification objectives with higher NA value for lower magnification work.
